Project Assistant
For our client, a global well-known pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are currently looking for a Project Assistant with both SAP and Finance background.
It is a 6-month contract starting ASAP till the end of December 2014 with option to extend.
In this position you will be providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling.
Requirements
- Between 3-5 years experience as Project Assistant (professional level)
- Excellent experience with Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- SAP background and Finance education or experience in the financial sector
- Ability to work within virtual teams, strong communication skills in English (90% communication via email and phone will be in English)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical company in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages an advantage
- Immediate availability
