Description
Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
- Global Services;
- Application Development & Support;
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting;
- Installation and deployment support;
- Maintaining customer service and availability;
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects;
Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Excellent customer service,
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines; -
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Language proficiencies: - Italian and German spoken and written, English spoken
