Role
- Accountable and responsible for the construction and operationalization of a sustainable Quality Assurance Strategy
- According to this strategy and operational model the role is accountable for Quality Assurance Management on Program, Business Cluster or sourcing pattern level
Tasks :
Planning aspects of Quality Assurance
Planning of quality assurance task and measures supported by a dedicated quality assurance strategy
Identifies metrics of concern and define assessment method
Enables quality delivery through guiding material, education, etc.
Application of Quality Assurance
Actively steers and impacts the planning of software delivery in regards to quality assurance and has the mandate to escalate quality deficiencies
Ensures Quality Assurance strategy and related goals are applied by delivery unit
Accompanies the quality assurance plan throughout the delivery life cycle, captures deficiencies and drives corrective action if required
Assessment of Quality Results
Ensures quality reviews of defined artifacts and metrics throughout the life-cycle of the software delivery
Improvement / mitigating action
Proposes action to governance based on quality reviews and identified deficiencies
Tracks implementation of corrective action
Education
- Additional IT Project or quality assurance training
- University degree or equivalent expertise (technical, economics or similar)
Requirements
- Min. 7-10 years test / IT Project experience
- Ideally 3-5 years quality assurance experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in supporting business/test process improvement activities
- Full understanding of the E2E lifecycle of a project
- Project management skills
- Drive and assertiveness in implementing the given quality assurance strategy
- Familiar with Six Sigma / DMAIC
Languages
- English - fluent or mother tongue
- German - a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills on management level ¨
- Very good Relationship Management skills
