German speaking System Integration Engineer Unix/Linux
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a System Integration Engineer Unix/Linux. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Systems Integration (incl. failure analysis and technical troubleshooting)
- Storage Integration (NFS, NAS etc ...)
- Solution delivery for projects
- Provides holistic view on application and processes
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 5+ years experience in System Administration/Integration and 2nd Level Platform Support
- Experience in supporting large scale enterprise environments, eg DWH
- Shell-Scripting
- Strong knowledge of:
- UNIX Solaris
- Linux
- Veritas Volume Manager
- Oracle 11g
- Fluent in German and English
