Description

Project/Department Description and responsibilities:

  • Global Services;
  • Application Development & Support;

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting;
  • Installation and deployment support;
  • Maintaining customer service and availability;
  • Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects;

Non-Technical profile requirements:

  • Excellent customer service,
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines; -
  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
  • Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
  • Language proficiencies: - Italian and German spoken and written, English spoken
