Site Acquisition and Permitting Coordinator (German speaking!)
Main burning topic is still the permitting part of the SA (Milestone MS6 to MS10/11).
- MS6 = Build Permit Application
- MS10 = Build Permit received, but not legally valid yet
- MS11 = Build Permit legally valid, Acquisition completed
- So between MS10 and MS11 is often a legal procedure with OCH involvement (recourses, etc. to the different court levels)
In the permitting domain we need to differentiate:
Macro: MS06 to MS11 - Standard SA with supplier
(ordered with client/Supplier contract agreement)
We need like a PM managing subcontractors permitting activities, doing SbS meetings, follow-ups, etc.
This is going up to MS10, if a legal procedure will start after MS10 it is handed over to OCH. So also a regular information exchange with OCH Legal is required from this person.
Macro: MS06 to MS11 - WIP
(MS6 done by ALU or even before by OCH)
Here the person must also be able to follow-up permitting by him-/herself due to the fact that these are WIP sites from ALU and therefore not managed by our suppliers. Person must understand legal/communal/cantonal letters and requests. Plus on top all what is above mentioned with regards to OCH Legal interface.
The permitting knowledge in the mobile area must not be extensive, but preferably already some knowledge of the mobile network site acquisition is helpful. OCH Legal is also here to help in case we need support in answering stuff between MS06 and MS10.
Language requirements:
- German (mandatory)
- French (mandatory to nice to have)
- Of course English a certain level is also required (for internal)

- Can be Lausanne or Zürich
