Swisslinx is searching for a Deployment Manager for our Banking client in Zurich.
The role is a interesting combination of ITIL based Service Delivery Manager, Change Manager and Deployment Manager roles and is a combination of these roles responsibilities.
We think that you have strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
In this role you will be
- Planning and coordination deployment execution of production change
- Review of deployment control producers into UTA
- Moderation of Support Briefing Sessions for support staff
- IT control Tower
- Ensure Audit compliance
- Conduct post implementation reviews
- Provide service transition SPOC to Environment Management.
For this role you should have
- Minimum 5 years IT experience in development or support related activities
- 5+ years of application development experience in the financial/banking domain.
- Previous demonstrated experience in a Service Transition Manager role (Change Manager, Release & Deployment Manager, and Service Delivery Manager).
- Skills in technical and business analysis
- Knowledge of IT Lifecycle models (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, eg SDLC/SDLC +, IT-PV or new CS-SDF)
- Knowledge of Support processes (ITIL)
- Good knowledge/prior experience in financial services domain
