For a project of our customer in Zurich, we are looking for a System Engineer (m/f).Duties:
- Responsible for designing, evaluating, planning, developing, integrating, testing, deploying and supporting technical infrastructure solutions.
- These solutions leverage both the re-use of existing and new technologies while driving towards common global solutions.
- Responsible for working with production stakeholders to provide a stable and secure environment that ensures production stability, supportability and performance.
- The role supports with analyzing errors and the definition and introduction of corrective measures.
- The role typically requires in-depth knowledge of current and emerging hardware, software, network technologies and software engineering principles.
Skills:
- At least 7 years of experience as System Engineer / Administrator / Senior Oracle & DB2 Engineer
- BE or B.Sc or MCA or M.Sc
- Willing to provide 24x7 support and willing ot work in shifts
- Provide on-call support on a need basis during weekends and holidays
Duration of contract: 6 months (with option for extension)
Work location: Zurich (city)
Work load: 100%
