For a 6 month project with our customer in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for an eCommerce and Customer Experience Project Manager
Tasks:
Specify and Manage the functional evolution of Company Online Boutiques (web, mobile) based on the agreed roadmap. Project definition: Business requirements, tagging, KPIs, SEO, Functional Specifications validation Graphical design with external agencies IS/IT integration follow up and coordination Project validation: UAT and MAT Initial deployment: launch pilot market, hand-over to operations, documentation Contribute with the International Ecommerce Manager to define and spread the eBusiness roadmap (web & mobile, B2C & B2B) Support Company sales channels (Boutique, Trade) in their digital project by ensuring a seamless user journey with a functional and graphical alignment based on global and digital brand guidelines. Support the eBusiness team with UX and User Interaction recommendations and prototyping (wireframes) Enhance the web and mobile Company user experience to increase conversion rates and user satisfaction Requirements:
At least 7 years' experience in delivering Digital and eCommerce experiences (web and mobile) University degree Fluent in English, French a plus Strong expertise in User eXperience Strong expertise in User Interaction Design Strong Project Management skills Strong experience in running eBusiness Good experience in Digital Marketing Good understanding of web analytics Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and ability to interact/challenge with technical counterparts.
