Shopping Quality Evaluator/Analyst
Our client, in the IT-industry, is currently seeking for a Shopping Quality Evaluator/Analyst in Zurich.
Responsibilities:
Manually review offers and validate third parties results
Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams
Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest
Collaborate with cross functional teams to evolve and improve quality and productivity reporting strategies
Develop and share practices for data quality investigation and analysis
Requirements:
Good web research and analytical skills
Knowledge of English is a must
Interest in online shopping and E-commerce is a plus
University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus
Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst is preferred
Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs
English fluent is mandatory
At least basic knowledge of 2 other languages from this list: French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian
