For a strategy project in the Human Capital Development department of our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for aPMO / Junior Project Manager w/Consulting Background (2062)
Required Skillset:
Ability to manage several working packages or a Project Management Office (PMO) independently
Good analytical and conceptual skills, striving for high quality in result generation
First experience as Sub-Project Manager helpful (functional/business themes as well as IT-Implementation)
Presentation skills for Middle-Management
Works autonomous, delivers high quality, client and result orientated
Assertiveness against management and employee
Ability to work under pressure and open to changing environment
Good to very good knowledge of MS-Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in German and English (at least Level C1 in both)
Core Project Team Tasks:
Set project framework and provide general project guidance
Facilitate coordination across Work Streams and access to Sponsor, Advisors and other stakeholders, data sources, etc.
Review draft deliverables, syndicate with key stakeholders and agree on final recommendations
Oversee project progress and report status update to Sponsors
