A Top 3 Medical Device company based in Switzerland are looking for an IT application support analyst - 1st level support to join their company on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting
- Installation and deployment support
- Maintaining customer service and availability
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Language proficiencies: - Italian and German spoken and written, English spoken
