COMPLAINT HANDLING MANAGER m/f
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Contact and coordination point for market reports (complaints/incidents)
. Completing and evaluating the messages to ensure customer satisfaction
. Report events to the competent authorities, in cooperation with RA
. Support for the implementation of Field Actions
REQUIREMENTS:
. Higher Education in Engineering or related fields
. Min 5 years experience in Medical Device or related fields
. In-depth knowledge of the medical device legislation/Vigilance
. Experience in Asian Markets (Central Asia, Japan, China etc.)
. Analytical Skills
. Ability to effectively manage workloads
. English fluent
