Service Desk Operator for an extendable contract with a multinational client based in Switzerland
Mandatory
* Excellent language skills: Fluent in Italian, German, English and French
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Execution, repair and authorization of payments into Swift, SIC, EuroSIC and PostFinance
* Daily relationship with institutional clients in Switzerland and abroad
* Daily monitoring of Avaloq
* Managing of investigation activity for commercial payments
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
* At least 1 - 2 years of work experience as Service Desk Operator or similar
* Excellent language skills: Fluent in Italian, German, English and French
* Very good Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows technical competencies
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven client- and result-orientation
* Ability to work successfully both in a team and independently
* Stress resistant and quick in reaction times
* Flexibility and availability to work on shifts
* Banking and/or IT experience is a plus
