Cognos/Reporting Specialist
Our client in the financial industry is looking for a Cognos/reporting specialist to help the design of a new reporting tool for internal and external use.
Job Description:
Support the local team with creating standard reports (Report Studio)
Support the local team with creating and establishing various dashboards along client requirements (Active Report)
Support the local team to enlarge their reporting analytics skills within Cognos Analytics
Requirements:
Prior experience in similar roles (setting up reports and dashboards) in the Management Accounting environment
Very experienced in TM1/Cognos (Dashboard-Reporting preferred)
Advance level of proficiency im MS Office (Excel/Word/Visio/PowerPoint)
Finance & Accounting knowledge will be a plus
Should be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Exposure of other reporting tools can help (Hyperion, Bus. Object etc)
Strong communication skills to interact with various business partners
Disciplined with focused & result oriented approach
Can work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy
Willingness to question existing processes and suggest improvements.
