Administrative Officer

Our client in the financial industry, based in Zurich, is currently seeking for an Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer is responsible for all aspects in connection with the processing of credit card requests for domestic and international private banking clients.

Tasks:

Checking credit card applications of clients if these have been completed in accordance with the requirements of credit card companies and in terms of compliance rules within the Bank

Issuance and amendments of bank guarantees in connection with credit card applications

Entering card application data in external online

Systems of card companies

Contact to external credit card companies

Liaison with Credit Officers for credit card limit approval

Administration duties, eg scanning of documents, updating Excel-data, filing, etc.

Contribution in projects and process improvements

Skills:

Commercial education or similar qualification

General know-how of credit card and guarantee transactions

Awareness of credit risks

Broad banking knowledge and experience is a plus

Fluent in English and German
