For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a

Project Manager in Fatca Reporting

Location: Zurich

Start date: 01.06.2014

Duration: 6 months

Languages German and English

Main scope:

Build infrastructure for new FATCA Reporting (form 8966) and enhance existing QI (Qualified Intermediary) Reporting (form -S) for Reportings due in 1Q2015 and subsequent yearly extensions (FATCA und QI know-how; especially reporting)

Activities include:

- Manage the (change) requests and integrate impacts into plans

- Ensure adherence to project management standards

- Plan for execution of all engineering and non engineering activities within the project by using previous best practices from organization's process asset library

- Identify and manage risks to the project

- Identify and manage issues, ownership and resolutions

- Plan and optimize utilization of allocated project resources

- Review and challenge effort estimates from all roles (RE, SA/SE, TE, QM, LM)

- Appraisal of project resources with PPR (project performance review)

- Manage dependencies with other projects, teams and stakeholders

- Run project status meetings, monitor project progress on regular basis and communicate the project status report to all stakeholders

- Manage project quality and ensure quality and consistency of all deliverables and ensure appropriate sign off of deliverables

- Contribute best practices, lessons learnt and measurement data from project to organization's process asset library

- Providing support for financials tracking (budget and actuals),

- Change request management, tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies

- Supporting stakeholder and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support for the IT Project and Program Manager

Additional:

- CS Background (Tools like OnePPM, CS SDF, etc.)

- MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint (must)

- English (must)

- German (must)

- Ability to work in a flexible environment with partly vague and changing (regulatory) requirements

- Ability to challenge Business (scope, budget, etc.)

- FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) Client Reporting Domain know how.

- PM Methodologies according to PMBOK (PMP certificate)

- Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN)
