For our client, a leading company with headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent

In this contract position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Mailbox administration for a large programme;

-Meeting, workshops and event management;

-Meeting room management;

-Management of shared files;

-SharePoint user right management;

-On-boarding management

This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 6 months, with possible extensions.
The project language is English.

We are searching for a rather junior profile, who is interested in an administrative function and has experience in an assistant or support role.
