Our client, an international bank in Zurich, are seeking a Java Performance Engineer to join their Technical Testing Team for a 6 month initial contract.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Java Performance Engineer will be responsible for:
- Assessing and validating non-functional aspects and defining test scope based on change requests
- Review and supervise offshore performance test automation and document, analyse and execute
- Profile and develop solution proposals and present findings
The ideal Java Performance Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Deep technical JEE and Java tuning knowledge
- Testing experience
- Over 3 years of Performance Tuning experience
- Java software development background
- Experience with (NTH) software development in ANSI C/C++
- A background in the Banking industry
- Degree or post graduate in IT (Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
