Reasponsibilities:
- Collect all the related documents for the assigned cluster, which is included pre and post swap.
- Monitoring each cluster after swap and diagnose all the root cause of KPI regression
- troubleshooting and find solution to solve the issue of KPI regression to meet the advanced KPI target
- PCR and ACR raised owner and analysis report
- Customer complaint process for the assigned clusters
- Deep drive test analysis for the assigned clusters
- Performance issue analysis and solution raised by customers
- Prepare and present the cluster acceptance report to get acceptance for each assigned Cluster.
- 5 years relevant experience. Swap experience is a must.
