Junior Capex Implementation Analyst
For one of our clients, which is one of the well known manufacturing companies, we are looking for aJunior Capex Implementation Analyst
Purpose of the position:
This is a 6-8 month short term assignment to participate in the management of the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) process for the whole company as well as to support deployment of the new SAP
IM/PS functionality across the group.
Internal relations: In contact with worldwide CapEx stakeholders including budget holders, finance directors and IT project team
External relations: SAP consultants
Key accountabilities
- PS/IM deployment: design, User Acceptance Testing, training, communication, report set-up, CapEx policy, process update, etc.
- CapEx process: coordination of the CapEx approvals, quarterly cash flow analyses, coordination of the audit program including analyses on savings, ad hoc analyses for budget holders, review project approval process, etc.
Minimum requirements
Functional competencies:
- CapEx Business process experience in a multi-national company
- Proficient working in SAP IM/PS
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Time Management skills
- Project management( preferred)
- Financial Accounting and Planning
- Communication and coordination skills
- Customer focus
Work experience requirement: 2-3 years experience
Educational requirements: university degree in finance & accounting (preferred)
Language: English fluent
