For a short term project (3 months initially) with continuation option we are looking for aJunior Financial Analyst / Business Consultant (2024)
The overall tasks are the following, in order of importance:
I. Supporting overall Program Lead in execution of financial analyses, e.g., organizes and helps prepare the financial business case for systems replacement, prepare vendor negotiations, assess impact on as-is cost base.
- Must have: strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, basic financial accounting skills.
- Nice to have: familiarity with banking operations & IT cost bases and IT project costing
II. Support overall Program Lead/Strategy Consultant in preparation of effective steering committees and stakeholder communications
- Must have: sound PowerPoint skills
III. Support Program PMO by maintaining project budget & financials, work plan
- Nice to have: project reporting skills, MS project
Overall skills required:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication; German is a distinct advantage
- Project management certification e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE 2 is a plus
