ROLE PURPOSE
TRAINING WRITER role in GEMINI Configuration and Asset Management work stream.
Contribute to GEMINI Configuration and Asset Management specific goals and objectives.
Report to GEMINI Configuration and Asset Management Leadership teams.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Create Processes and Tool Trainings for Asset Management.
Translate Process Flows together with how RoD (Remedy on Demand) works into GIS specific Trainings, based on an iLearn template.
On demand support in creating project documentation/technical documentation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English knowledge in writing.
Excellent documentation skills.
ITIL knowledge Experience in ITIL best practice.
Experience in translating complex concepts into user-friendly, clear and concise information.
Motivated to create trainings for complex processes so that any layman can understand it.
Available ASAP.
Experience in an international and multicultural environment
Good verbal communication skills.
Good illustration skills.
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
Ability to deal with variable workload.
Ability to achieve goals and resolve issues.
Work location: Basel
Duration: 19.05.2014 to 15.08.2014
Permits required: EU citizen or valid work permit
Workload: 100%
Language: Excellent English knowledge in writing.
