Our customer in Basel is seeking an experienced Technical Writer for his 3-month-project.
* TRAINING WRITER role in Configuration and Asset Management work stream.
* Contribute to Configuration and Asset Management specific goals and objectives.
* Report to Configuration and Asset Management Leadership teams.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Create Processes and Tool Trainings for Asset Management
* Translate Process Flows together with how RoD (Remedy on Demand) works into GIS
specific Trainings, based on an iLearn template.
* On demand support in creating project documentation/technical documentation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent English knowledge in writing.
* Excellent documentation skills.
* ITIL knowledge Experience in ITIL best practice.
* Experience in translating complex concepts into user-friendly, clear and concise
information.
* Motivated to create trainings for complex processes so that any layman can understand it.
* Available ASAP.
* Experience in an international and multicultural environment
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Self-starter, can work and deliver successfully with minimum guidance.
* Good illustration skills.
* Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
* Ability to deal with variable workload.
* Ability to achieve goals and resolve issues.
