ASI Cloud Services Project Assistant
Cloud Services Compliance Project requires to manage the markets cloud inventory and becoming compliant as scheduled. There are 350+ entries in the market inventory, data needs to be coordinated and cleaned, markets need to be followed, deliverables need to be managed and reported on regularly, measures created, the Nest Cloud Service pages updated. Processes need to be industrialized for handover to offshore for executing staying compliant activities.
The main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following disciplines:
. Manage overall Cloud Services inventory to ensure high level of data quality by developing and applying data quality rules. Interact with markets to verify and collect information that is complete and accurate, publish statistics on Cloud Services
. Execute and deliver regular reports on Becoming compliant measures. This should cover all Streams, Markets and Cloud Services.
. Support the regular Global Cloud Services Review meeting by taking care of administrative activities such as record create, updating of statuses, collection of Documentary evidence.
. Document standard operating procedures for staying compliant, with a view to offshoring these activities.
. Update the ASI Innovation & Cloud Services Nest page with relevant communication, reference and training material.
Skills:
. A broad understanding of IT business applications and supporting IT infrastructure.
. Strong Project management experience
. Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
. Strong ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
. Excellent MS Office skills (MS-Project)
. Strong Issue and Risk Management skills
