ASI Infrastructure Collaborations Specialist (Junior)
This position will directly support various Office 365 solutions (files sharing, e-mail, SharePoint team rooms, Lync on-line) for. Additionally, this position will support the innovation process through the entire life cycle (solution design, Prototype, early adopter deployment and support as well as launch of the industrialization projects within GTS).
Skills
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
. Proficient with Data Collaboration tools - Office 365
. Document management tools such as SharePoint on-line
. File sharing tools (Onedrive)
. Proficient with Meeting and messaging tools
. Enterprise social networks (Yammer, Chatter)
. Instant Messaging (Lync)
. Web conferencing (voice and video)
. (Lync, Cisco Telepresence, Polycom)
. Voice Over IP (Lync)
. E-Mail (Exchange)
. Competent with Client technologies
. Windows 8.1
. Windows Servers in an Active Directory
. Mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
. Competent with Network technologies
. LAN and WAN concepts including routing, DNS, and load balancing
. Remote access infrastructure to support mobile device access using technologies such as Microsoft Threat Management Gateway (TMG), Juniper SSL VPN appliances
. Remote access technologies using Cisco and/or Checkpoint
Knowledge:
Experience or aptitude developing and supporting functional requirements and writing documentation in English within the technical focus area of his/her mail responsibilities.

. Strong Issue and Risk Management skills
Language(s):
Must speak fluent English and French is a plus.
