ASI Infrastructure Client Specialist (Junior)
This will require knowledge and capacity to work through problems that may not have a clear documented resolution. This position will directly support various Office 365 solutions (files sharing, e-mail, SharePoint team rooms, Lync on-line) for executives. Additionally, this position will support the innovation process through the entire life cycle (solution design, Prototype, early adopter deployment and support as well as launch of the industrialization projects within GTS).
Requirements:
Experience or aptitude developing and supporting functional requirements and writing documentation in English within the technical focus area of his mail responsibilities.

Skills:
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
. Proficient with Client technologies
. Windows 8.1
. Windows Servers in an Active Directory
. Mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
. Mobile Device Management Solutions (SOTI, Intune)
. Device hardware (tablets, phones, etc.)
. Proficient with Network technologies
. LAN and WAN concepts including routing, DNS, and load balancing
. Remote access infrastrucuture to support mobile device access using technologies such as Microsoft Threat Management Gateway (TMG), Juniper SSL VPN applicances
. Remote access technologies using Cisco and/or Checkpoint
. Competent with Appliction development
. Windows 8.1 modern apps
. Mobile apps for Windows Phone, iOS, and Android
Language(s):
Must speak fluent English and French is a plus.
