Technical Support SQL, Linux, 3rd Line Supply Chain - Switzerland.
Our client, a major international eCommerce organisation is currently looking for a 3rd line support expert in SQL and Linux.
You will be supporting the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems and so previous experience of working in a Supply Chain environment would be expected.
ITIL V3 certification is highly desirable or at least this level of experience in incident, request and problem management.
Knowledge of service management tools such as HP Solution Manager as well as release management systems such as HP Quality Center would be highly desirable.
Fluent English and French required.
