1. The person would report to Manager SAP operations
2. Is the contact for key users in the 2nd level support and is responsible for the worldwide system support of the ERP SD module. Optimized in close cooperation with the departments of the relevant processes, right from the processes with our SAP systems and implemented them in the context of projects.
3. Is responsible for the entire global SD module support and is the contact for key users in the 2nd level support.
4. Technical Cooperation in concepts and process definitions/- optimization, maintenance of process and Customizing documentation
5. Optimized in close cooperation with the departments of the relevant processes, right from the processes with our SAP systems and implemented them in the context of Projects.
Responsible for
- Supervision of the SAP discipline
- Initiate from/technical collaboration in concepts and process definitions/optimizations
- Process and Customizing documentation
- Troubleshooting, Testing
- Handling of Change Requests
- 2nd Level Support
- Training of SAP KeyUser
Skills
- Experience - 6 to 8 years
- Knowledge - SAP SD, SAP GTS
- Logistics Knowledge - Knowledge of export scenario within SAP, Knowledge of ABAP
