ASI Cloud Services Project Assistent

SEC Recruitment is looking for an ASI Cloud Services Project Assistant to join an innovative IT consultancy with an impressive European presence.
This is an exciting multifaceted role;
You will be responsible for:
*Manage overall Cloud Services inventory to ensure high level of data quality by developing and applying data quality rules. Interact with markets to verify and collect information that is complete and accurate, publish statistics on Cloud Services
*Execute and deliver regular reports on Becoming compliant measures. This should cover all Streams, Markets and Cloud Services.
*Support the regular Global Cloud Services Review meeting by taking care of administrative activities such as record create, updating of statuses, collection of Documentary evidence.
*Document standard operating procedures for staying compliant, with a view to offshoring these activities.
*Update the ASI Innovation & Cloud Services.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:
*A broad understanding of IT business applications and supporting IT infrastructure.
*Strong Project management experience
*Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
*Strong ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
*Excellent MS Office skills (MS-Project)
*Strong Issue and Risk Management skills
*Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge, good
*Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
*Good level of spoken and written English
Desirable qualities:
*PMP certified
