For our customer in Zurich we are looking for aJava Application Developer (J2EE)

Your responsibilities:

Senior Software Developer required to work on the front to back order management and execution platform for mutual funds and hedge funds

Required Skills:

Has an in depth understanding of OO principles

>5 years of experience as a Java developer (J2EE)

Experience with C#, especially WPF, is a big plus

Strong knowledge of web services

Demonstrates experience of using Design Patterns

Has experience of developing software for a large Enterprise, including n-tier development

>5 years RDBMS experience required (ideally Oracle)

Experience of the full project life cycle

Understanding and exposure to Test Driven Development

Experience of Agile practices and processes (eg SCRUM)

Excellent written and spoken English and German

Can explain complex ideas clearly
