For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Voice Operations Engineer (m/f)
We are looking for a Voice Operations Engineer to work for 1 year as part of our clients' Telecom Operations team. We're seeking passionate voice operations engineers to actively monitor our client's global SIP-based network.
Tasks
Monitor voice network for availability, performance, quality and security issues Respond to and troubleshoot VoIP-related incidents (tier 2) Analyze failures for patterns and feed voice engineers with design optimization proposals Train and mentor new team members
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Experience with operating complex corporate, call center or telecom service provider VoIP (SIP) based networks Proficiency in English language, spoken and written Knowledge of Scripting
