Technical Writer/IT Support - This is a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Tech Writer to join a global company. The role will also involve some training and IT hardware and software support for global and regional services.
Role and Responsibility;
- Technical writing of internal software products
- 2nd level software and hardware support
- Training users
Skills and Experience;
- 5+ years Technical Writing experience
- IT support skills (2nd level)
- User training know-how
- FrameMaker is highly desirable
- Engineering/Scientific background
- Fluent is English and German a must
