Job description
? For our Case Investigation & Resolution unit, we are looking for a specialist, supporting the team for our Point of Care / Speciality Testing portfolio of Clients Diagnostics, mainly working on Blood Gas/Electrolyte Analyzers and covering the following key responsibilities:
? Managing individual cases (Inquiries, Complaints) according to regulatory and ISO Quality system requirements and needs of the Country Organizations, ranging from creation, acceptance, classification, investigation, complete documentation, on-site trouble shooting (if required) and resolution of product issues in a timely manner
? Designing and performing investigations (component tests, data analysis etc.) to ensure an efficient approach for root cause analysis.
? By collaborating and interfacing with Business Area and global functions, ensure appropriate measures and workarounds from cases are derived
? Communicate quality related information to the Country Organizations in a timely manner and create regular reports to document in-market product quality and performance
? Provide information from cases in order to update product documentation
? Support constant evaluation of global case resolution vs. regional and local practice
Must-Skills
? Degree in Engineering, Informatics or Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or equivalent professional experience
? Willingness and ability to handle HW, SW, connectivity and application aspects of the analyzers
? Strong ability to handle multiple issues/cases in parallel
? Efficient documentation in MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Soft-Skills
? Detail oriented, technical orientation with robust organization skills, problem solving, troubleshooting capabilities and negotiation attitude.
? Genuine empathy, customer orientation and ability to skillfully direct contacts to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Nice to have
? Work experience in the area of medical technology in either 1st or 2nd level support or R&D/Operations related functions is desired
? Work experience with Roche is desired
