Engineer Engineer/Consultant is needed to lead a global migration project from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2013. You will be migrating in excess of 50,000 users to Exchange 2013. A majority of users are presently using Lotus Notes however there are approximately 20,000 users on Exchange 2010. The project has been split into two phases. Phase one is to migrate Lotus Notes users on to Exchange 2013. Phase 2 is to migrate Exchange 2010 users to Exchange 2013.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous experience of similar migrations, in-depth knowledge of Exchange 2010 and 2013, in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, experience with Quest/Dell Toolset for Active Directory and Notes to Exchange migrations, Powershell Scripting, strong command of English. Useful skills are additional European languages, experience of Lotus Notes Administration, Forefront Identity Manager 2010.
This project will require strong collaboration skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and a very proactive attitude. The role will be based in Switzerland and will require the candidate to do a lot of global travel therefore you will need to make sure that your personal life allows this amount of flexibility.
Language: English. Portuguese or Spanish will be a plus.
