Harvey Nash is looking for a Compliance Training Project Manager for a 1 + month project for 20 hours per week in Switzerland.
The role is about managing an IT. project to identify and train all new 3rd party contractors joining Novartis on Integrity and Compliance topics and preparing a follow-on project to provide training to a wider audience including wholesalers and distributors.
You are responsible for
Assessing the various options for training, using either internal tools or external vendors, and prepare a decision paper Planning at least phase 1 of the project (identification & training of 3rd party contractors), and schedule phase two Executing at least phase 1 of the project All relevant internal & external regulations and standards are adhered to completion of Project on time, budget, and quality a sufficient system performance, even during maximum training load Requirements
5+ years of IT. project/program management experience Previous experience with vendor & solution evaluations & selections Previous experience with LMS systems & compliance trainings is beneficial Experience with ICE methodology and IGM standards is beneficial Project language is English; additional languages are beneficial Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
