For a six month project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for aSenior JAVA/J2EE Software Developer (1996)
A Senior JAVA Software Developer is required to work on the front to back order management and execution platform for mutual funds and hedge funds as part of the OFIP S2S program.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Has an in depth understanding of OO principles.
>5 years experience as a Java developer (J2EE)
Experience with C#, especially WPF, is a big plus
Strong knowledge of web services
Demonstrates experience of using Design Patterns (advantages and drawbacks).
Has experience of developing software for a large Enterprise, including n-tier development.
>5 years RDBMS experience required (ideally Oracle)
Experience of the full project lifecycle.
Understanding and exposure to Test Driven Development.
Experience of Agile practices and processes (e.g. SCRUM).
