Process Engineer and Quality Management
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Process Engineer and Quality Management. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous project engagements
- Demonstrated success with both product and process development projects
- Ability to function as a sparring partner with the team
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 5+ years of experience in process management/engineering
- Working knowledge of quality management practices
- Expertise in multiple solution delivery methods and life cycles such as:
- Waterfall
- Agile
- Lean
- RUP
- XP
- Kanban
- SCRUM
- Experience in:
- Facilitating workshops and open forum sessions
- Implementing continuous improvement processes
- Leading classroom training
- Pragmatic way to approach new things, flexible
- Banking/finance experience is a plus
- German is a plus
