Technical Writer role for SACM in GEMINI Configuration and Asset Management work stream.

Depending on the successful candidates qualifications and ongoing project needs, the role might lead into Test Lead duties well.
Assists higher level technical writers with writing and editing technical documentation. Follows established practices and principles. Under supervision, may assist with modifications to existing technical documentation. Work is assigned and general instructions given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects. Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems. Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions. Escalates non-standard problems or issues.

2) Good written communication skills in relation to technical documentation Understands the Impact of Customer Satisfaction: Values the importance of customer satisfaction and understands how one's actions impact customer satisfaction.
