Role:
Service Transition Manager
As a service Transition Manager your role will be to deal with complex business and system-related transition and migration projects. You will be responsible for the operation of various projects and will have to coordinate the team of technical staff and architects. You will have to significantly contribute to the ongoing processes, the transition concepts and their standardization.
Qualifications:
- University degree in IT or similar
- 7+ years of experience
- Solid experience in IT Service and Support
- SLA, ITIL knowledge
- Excellent knowledge in ICT
- Client oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and advanced English
