Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a Senior IT Change Manager - SAP Treasury Expert for their client in Basel. The candidate will be designing and implementing measures in the area of configuration/change/release management and processes. Introducing and updating the required methods and standards, systems and tools.
Main Tasks:
- Designing and implementing measures in the area of configuration/change/release management and respective processes and standards (Apply fixes, implement changes, enhancements in the Global SAP Treasury system covering incident analysis, business requirement collection, customizing solution definition, implementation & technical testing, support user acceptance testing and post production review & support)
- Evaluating, recommending and implementing tools and systems for configuration management, change management and release management
- Creating and implementing configuration management, change management and release management plans
- Processing and implementing of change requests. Coordinating the changes during creation, testing and implementation. Checking the changes after implementation.
- Performing configuration audits, change reviews and reviews of the release planning.
- Creating management reports
- Helpdesk Support (Manage SAP Treasury Helpdesk support: conduct, regular system checks, monitor technical interfaces, pick up customer requests, answer user inquiries)
Ideal to have:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in design, Implementing and upgrade projects
- Expert in SAP IHC, Treasury (FSCM) covering Treasury Transaction Manager & Risk Analyzers
- SAP Accounts Payables/Receivables and General Ledger
- IDOC handling, XML format expertise (credit transfers/Direct debit)
- BCM and BCM Connector knowledge is a plus
- Experience in global, multinational, and multi-company IHC set up
- English mandatory, any other language asset
- Experience in SAP Treasury Support
- Familiar with Ticketing tools and level of documentation standards
- Good teamplayer
