For our client in Zurich we are looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer FATCA

Your responsibilities:

  • elicit and elaborate requirements
  • model and Document requirements understandable for clients and subsequence roles within IT
  • ensure that specification of the users needs is accurate, complete and unambiguous
  • maintain traceability between requirements and between requirements and requests
  • identify impact of changes on the existing requirements
  • provide inputs to a first test strategy for the application
  • provide input to the Project Manager for prioritizing requirements

    As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
  • university degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
  • requirements engineering experiences within financial institutions of 8+ years
  • good understanding of financial instruments
  • well experienced in eliciting and defining (business) processes
  • solid theoretical understanding and practical experience of use case modelling (UML) in IT projects
  • deep knowledge of bank client static date (CIF), securities, single accounts, FX and forward contract transactions processing incl. corporate actions
  • good banking-knowhow in tax, namely FATCA, Transaction Tax, Final Withholding Tax or European Withholding Tax
  • experience in using tools like JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect 9.x
  • background in software development processes/life cycle
  • project management experience
