Our client, a Telecommunication company, are seeking a CCVP Engineer to join their VoIP Support Team to support the Unified Communications to customers.
Reporting to the Network & Voice Manager, the CCVP Engineer will be responsible for:
2nd line support
Migration
Troubleshooting
VoIP maintenance
Supporting datacentre swaps
The ideal CCVP Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
Certification in CCVP
Expereince in Call Manager (minimum version 7)
2nd line support
documented background in VoIP Maintiance & Troubleshooting
Intermediate German Language Skills, Fluent English
