We are looking for 2 Penetration Testing Security Engineers.
Job description
Position Purpose:
Participate and handle pen-testing, audit and security assessments together with the actual team from scoping to reporting. Help to develop and maintain the required security infrastructure and processes.
Reports to:
Team Leader Network Security and Operations
Responsibilities:
- Handle pen-testing/security assessment in an autonomous way, from scoping to reporting
- Participate to forensic activities when required
- Help developing and maintaining the infrastructure required for pen-testing and forensic activities
- Train continuously in the cyber security field; keep up to date with new technologies as well as cyber security news. Actively spread knowledge inside the team and across the company
- Actively contribute to the improvement of processes and methodologies
- Coach new employees when applicable
Desired Skills and Experience
Profile
a) Experience & Background:
- Bachelor or Master level degree in computer science or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in penetration testing or equivalent
- Unix/Linux skills required
- TCP/IP skills and network forensic technics welcome
- Reverse engineering and exploit development skills are a plus
- Good knowledge of Windows/Unix (in)securities and hardening
- Fluent in Python or Ruby. C welcome. Also skilled in Shell Scripting
- Fluent with security tools (metasploit, vulnerability scanners, port scanner )
- Experience in agile development methodology

- Rigorous, systematic and scientific minded
- Able to work in an autonomous way but also at ease to efficiently work in a team
- Creativity skills in order to consistently approach problems with a genuine curiosity and open-mindedness, looking forward to solving them and usually do so quickly/easily
- Capacity to analyse and summarize
- Ability to express technical ideas in English (oral, written)
- Willingness to actively participate to the development of the team as well as to improve her technical skills
c) Languages
- Fluent oral and written English is essential
- Oral French welcome
- Other languages are a plus.
This position may involve frequent travels and customer facing engagements: 50% travel (mostly in Europe but can be oversea), period of 2 weeks on-site at the customer.
