For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Supply Chain Applications
Level 3 Support
To support our client's Supply Chain solution set, used by over 40 markets around the world. Issues are escalated to the global support team by the markets when there are technical or functional issues they are unable to solve. The successful candidate will provide 3rd level technical and functional support to the Supply Chain area, ensure adequate communication of support activities, ensure adequate knowledge management of all resolution activities and provide training to Supply Chain support team members.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Very good Knowledge of SQL and Linux
- Experience of incident & problem management in a large organization
- ITIL V3 certification level of knowledge of Incident, Request & Problem Management
- Some knowledge of ERP business processes in supply chain and retail - SAP experience would be a plus
- Knowledge of Service Management tools such as HPSM
- Experience using a requirements and release management system such as HP Quality Centre
This is a contract position with an international client to the end of 2014 in the first instance. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
