Project Manager/W7 Engineer: W7 Rollout, Pharma, SDLC, GERMAN
My client, a world renowned global pharmaceutical organisation based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland is seeking a German speaking Windows 7 Engineer/Project Manager to be responsible for the
Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level:
o Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
o Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
oLeading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
o Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
o Keep IT Departmentweb up to date
o Communications
o Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
o Act as backup for local maintained applications
o Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
o IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
Specific Qualifications:
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Language: German and English fluent
