Randstad IT Professionals is actively trying to fill a very Senior Test Manager role for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich.
For the role of the iTOM (intermediate Target Operation Model)/TOM (Target Operation Model) Test Manager in a large, very complex regulatory project we are searching for a very senior TM with strong IT PL skills or a very senior IT PL with Testing skills.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and control Vertical Testing of approximately applications in 13 Streams
- Single point of contact for the implementation Managers for all testing related topics and tasks
- Planning and coordination of test environments, scheduling of states in IT test environments (current state, iTOM, TOM) and manage state transition (dress rehearsals, activation)
- Coordinating, supervise and support 13 verticals Test Managers
- Coordination for testing of applications without central test environment
- Preparation and execution of End to End Testing
- Detailed planning and coordination of status of all test environments, incl dress rehearsals
- Ensure readiness and availability of test environments and resolve issues accordingly
- Support Business for end to end tests
- Ownership and management of test-related risks (eg readiness and performance of test environments)
REQUIRES SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
- Practical experience in test management of large, heterogeneous and decentralised projects/programs
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Goal-oriented, intrinsically motivated problem solver
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle a lot of activities in parallel
- Ability to successfully act in politically sensitive situations
- Fluent in English/German
- Know how about banking and financial environments/applications and the GTS (Global Testing Services) test processes/methodologies would definitely be an advantage.
