Our client, a leading Engineering company based in Zurich is currently seeking a Web Java developer to get hands-on with a brand new customer project to delivery the project before scheduled time.
The successful Web Java Engineer will be responsible for
- Design the online User-Interface for web-based (browser-based) application
- Create functional design deliverables (including page-flow, business logic, validations, etc.)
- Manage requirement confirmation & design workshops
- Perform usability analysis of the application User-Interface
- Perform System Testing on the web-based application
- Support SIT/UAT testing & to perform bug fix
- Perform code build and deployment of the completed codes into the development and testing environment
The ideal web have engineer will possess these skills
J2EE application development
- Web Java, JavaScript, CSS, JSP & JQ
- User Interface Development experience
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Java Application Server (eg Weblogic, Jboss, WebSphere, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry is preferred
Preferred:
- Familiar with data transport using HTTP/web service
- Basic knowledge on use of Spring is preferred
- German language skills (English mandatory)
