We are looking for a SCRUM Master to work an initial 12 month contract with our international Financial Institution client in Canton Bern.
Our client is seeking a SCRUM Master to work on a new project and to further strengthen the team. They require a flexible, capable and experienced SCRUM Master who has strong technical knowledge and is also has strong client facing and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate should have:
- At least of 5 years as a SCRUM Master with certification.
- A minimum of 10 years in Java Development working within a SCRUM Agile environment.
- Experience working within small to medium projects, and real world experience with large and complex Banking projects.
- A good understanding of Investment Banking products as a bonus.
- And finally Business Fluency in German with English as a plus.
Please note our client is ideally looking for someone who is already working or living in Bern or within a commutable distance.
