Project Manager Win7
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. Our global multinational end-client based in Schaffhausen is currently looking to hire a Project Manager for a Win7 Rollout.
Working language: English & German
Full time engagement until end of 2014 (extension possible)
Starting Date: ASAP
THE ROLE:
-Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
-Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
-Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Departmentweb up to date
- Communications
- Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
- Act as backup for local maintained applications
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up
YOUR PROFILE:
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Language: German and English fluent
